Refund policy

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
  • Hygiene & Safety: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. Items returned in used condition are not eligible for a refund and will be disposed of according to health regulations.
  • Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that original shipping fees and Package Protection fees are non-refundable.
  • Processing Time: Once received, it takes approximately 15 business days to process your return. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • RMA: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@wish-care.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

  • Modification: We are unable to modify orders (change items or promo codes) once they are placed. Please review your cart and shipping details carefully before checkout.
  • Cancellation: If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately via live chat or email. Please note: Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
  • Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Can I exchange my products?

We’re happy to assist with exchanges for unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. To start an exchange, please email us with:
  1. The item(s) you would like to return.
  2. The replacement item(s) you prefer.
Important Notes:
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • A reshipping fee will apply for the new items sent to you.

How do I report damaged or lost items?

Please report damaged items to support@wish-care.com within 5 days of delivery.
  • Requirements: You must provide clear photos of the damaged product and the original packaging.
  • Limitations: Claims without documentation or those submitted after the 5-day window cannot be processed. If you purchased from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly.
  • Resolution: Once verified, we will arrange a priority reshipment for you.
